Day 29 weigh in ~ 172.2 (-.2 lbs from previous day) (-17 lbs from R3 Starting weight of 189.2) (From beginning 1st round at 222.4 (-50.2 lbs) From highest at 262.2 (-90 total lbs!!!)
Yup… officially down 90 pounds from my all time highest weight…. VERY exciting! :D
I think I am going to do an apple day today, weight loss has been a little slow the past couple days… (.2), (.4)… GAH. I don’t feel I HAVE to, but I do want to get under the 170’s by the end of this protocol, and time is a wasting. Next Tuesday I begin No Sugar, No Starch… CAN’T wait! I have SO much I wanna make :D
Still 2.3 pounds till I make my round goal…. LET’S GO!

Day 18 weigh in ~ 177 (-.2 lbs from previous day) (-12.2 lbs from R3 Starting weight of 189.2) (From beginning 1st round at 222.4 (-45.4 lbs) From highest at 262.2 (-85.2 total lbs)
So I felt as though I was FAR behind on weight loss comparing to my previous rounds, but yesterday I went back to my blogs and found that I am almost perfectly on track! I am a little behind, but very close. Last Round on day 18 I was 13 pounds down, and in Round 1 Day 18 I was 15 pounds down. This is why I love to blog everyday while I’m on protocol… I can go back and see that I’m doing just GREAT! :D
Went out to eat for the first time on protocol this round. Went to a little diner, and had a steak (spit it with a friend) cooked in NO BUTTER or OIL, and a side salad with red wine vinegar. I also had like a billion black teas with S&L. Since you can’t weigh your meat before they serve it to you, you kinda have to eye-ball it. I might of went slightly over, but it felt good to eat out.
…. come on weight-loss, lets pick this shit up! :D

An average of .71 pounds per day… pretty much on track again. Last round I averaged about .70 pounds by the end of protocol. :)
Yesterday was a lot easier adding strawberries, shrimp, and cottage cheese into my diet… *relief*. 10 days left for VLCD eating… if my average stays where it is I have a potential to lose another 7 pounds… not getting my hopes up… but here’s to hoping.
