I took a chance and ate something completely off protocol (but still very close to it) last night for dinner. Nicole and I went to San Bernardino to see my mom in the hospital and stopped for dinner at BJ’s afterwords. We made the best possible decision we could giving our options. We had the Chicken A La Fresca which is on their 575 calorie or less menu. It comes with Rice pilaf which we nixed and added more veggies. it was drizzled with a light Dijon tarragon jus and tossed in balsamic vinaigrette. Let me tell you it was SO good! Maybe TOO good because I had a bad feeling about today’s weigh in. The only things that weren’t on protocol was the mushrooms, squash, and carrots (I didn’t eat the carrots) and the dressing. So all in all.. not too bad.
I woke up feeling quite a bit lighter today.. my stomach feels like it is already shrinking and doesn’t feel as full all the time. I don’t feel as bloaty also. I can SEE it in my stomach already in the mirror. It is a good feeling. Not eating all the sugars, heavy fats and proccessed foods really does make all the difference in the world when it comes to your well being. I wish I could get this through my thick head when I’m NOT on protocol. Someday I’ll learn.

Not the biggest loss I have had, but I can’t say I’m surprised. Acutally, I am surprised I lost anything this weigh in. :)
