Day 4: Hunger non existent. I merely am eating now because I have to. A cup of coffee in the morning takes care of the morning any small amount of hunger I am feeling.
Thank God for ketosis. It is an important part of this diet… Without it it would be unmanageable. Sugar free gum also helps keeping the sweet tooth happy. (I love the Extra Dessert flavors… This week it’s Key Lime Pie)
I have been mixing 2 veggies with no problems. Onions with asparagus, lettuce with tomatoes, etc. I try to limit it to 2 unless I’m eating out with a salad or something. Tea is also my friend. Black with lemon and sweet n low or passion tea from Starbucks (no syrup, no lemonade, no sugar, add one sweet n low) if I don’t want the caffeine.
Once you pass the first couple days of hunger, this way of eating is quite easy. Don’t be intimidated by it… Everyone who follows it correctly WILL lose weight… I haven’t came across one person who did it (correctly) and didn’t! How is THAT for statistics?
