This phase consists of your two gorge days (HCG + eating as much fatty food as you can possibly get down without making yourself ill) 

For the Gorgers:

For these first two days of the HCG diet, TAKE YOUR HCG and get down as much fatty food as you can without making yourself physically ill. Just be ready to feel F-U-L-L.
**Remember to take your HCG on these days!!!!**
and enjoy these two days as much as possible.
Next comes your VLCD (very-low calorie diet) part of the HCG diet.
