Just want to check in with you all and let you know I’m still here. Still maintaining 2-3 pounds within my lowest. Today is my last day for phase 3. Tomorrow I begin phase 4 where I add back ((slowly)) sugars and starches. This where where you have to be careful not to gain, learn moderation, and learn how to maintain for life (once at goal).
Game plan for phase 4: (these are only my personal choices because I know what triggers me, yours might be different)
no French fries (only sweet potato fries are allowed)
only one whole wheat bread item a day
remain majority low carb while not depriving myself.
Only 3 more weeks till I begin losing again!! So excited!
