Apple and Cheese Day results
I won’t say the apple & cheese day was a complete fail… But I also won’t say it was a success. Only lost .6 pounds from yesterday, bringing my weight to 187.4. Other Options for corrections.
Yesterday I weighed in at 190.8… That’s 5.8 pounds above my lowest weight. I was researching online looking at the “other” correction options available to lower the scale. Begin round 4
I haven’t left you…. still going strong. Today I begin three weeks of round 4 where I slowly add back carbs. I am going to stay AWAY from french fries… they are a gateway food for me. I will save them for my two “Loading” days. So far, my weight has been fluctuating between 185-188. I have had to do 2 steak days during round 3. I hate them, but they are necessary. ...

Just checking in...
I’m still doing well. I’m on Day 12 of being off HCG. Eating no sugar no starch for about another 10 days… Then I can slowly start adding them back (however I’m not going to do what I did last time and add a lot of things) I’m gonna stick with the “healthy” carbs on the most part. I have had to do 2 steak days thus far in this stage, which kinda sucks...
