Another .6 pounds down which brings me to 174… (-5.8 from start) On my way to the 160’s again!
Yesterday was the first day I didn’t have any real hunger. So if you plan on starting hCG… expect hunger for about 2 days which subsides considerably day 3 and above.
I have not been sticking 100% to protocol… Testing the waters a bit. Having an extra orange… Or mixing veggies a bit, or even adding more protein then the recommended 100 grams. Yesterday I even had a little left over turkey breast instead of another protein… I still seem to be losing. I won’t push too much, but so far it’s keeping me a little more satisfied.
I’ll keep you posted on that and how it goes.
