I think I need to blow this up and hang it on my wall… Wise words to live by..
Day 20: Sorry I missed a couple days, got kinda busy. So I’ll break it down for you. Apple day went well. I lost 2.2 pounds bringing me down to 180.2, then… I stalled the next day. A little set back and let down…. Moving on. This morning I dropped a pound… (thank GOD) bringing me back into the 170’s! YAY!
Also, my friend whom I am doing this with and I have decided to cut the diet short about a week doing a 25 day round instead of a 30. We both have a lot going on next weekend where being on this is going to be tough… And we aren’t losing tons anyways, so ya know.
My goal this round went from 20 pounds to at LEAST 15… But of course the more the better. I would like to be at 175… But I don’t know if that can happen or not. I can try!
May 29, 2021- yesterday WI 180.2 / today’s WI 179.2 / loss from previous -1.0 / from highest -82 / from this round -13.8 / from lowest +18.2

Yep… One of THOSE days. Apple day. Blah.. Hate them… But I need to break the plateau… This morning I actually GAINED a pound. WHY?! I dont get it, I haven’t ate but 500 calories!!! Ugh, hope my weigh in shows me progress tomorrow. I need to lose AT LEAST 5 more pounds on this round.

Day 16: I’ve been not drinking water and allowing myself diet soda. Not a good weight loss method. I feel like I’m not getting anywhere these past couple days… And it sucks. I’ve been giving myself to much room for error. I’m not hungry until late afternoon, so i eat a late lunch and skip dinner… Don’t think thats good for me. So today, back to the basics. 2 meals…. 2 fruits… Melba toast and water. Lots of water.
Today’s weigh in: 181.4 no change. :(

HALF way there!!!
Day 14 & 15: yesterday’s weigh in was bad. Very bad. But I know it wasnt actual FAT gain because with the amount of calories in eating it would be impossible. But, I did have a Chipotle salad which was probably high on Sodium… But still very low in calories. here’ the breakdown:
Steak 190
Lettuce 20
Red tomatillo chili x2 80
Fajita veggies 20
Pico de gallo 20
Total= 340
So… Whatever. With 15 days left if I can lose the same amount I have already o will be a little over 20 pounds lost. Focus Amber… Focus.
Yesterday was just a normal day. El Pollo Loco chicken salad for dinner with one pico de gallo and one salsa roja. Oh… And I had two small pieces of BBQ’d chicken at the BF’s house with home made pico de gallo. No excitement here.

Had a little hiccup in weight loss yesterday… I actually GAINED .8 pounds. I knew what it was though… The night before I ate a large steak BBQ’ed by the Bf and it was late in the evening… I’m sure it still weighed on me the morning after. Moving on.
Yesterday I was in unfamiliar territory where I had to grab something quick to eat in a hurry and get back to work for an appointment. my choices were TacoBell: nothing hCG compatible / Applebee’s: no time / Subway: over it / Panda Express: hmmmm I wonder. So I went in with HOPES they had something I can make due with. Rice and chow mien were COMPLETELY out of the question. Everything besides the steamed veggies seemed to be cover with some sort of carb and calorie filled gravy of some sort. So my last option was to just start looking at the calories. Beef and Broccoli only had 190 calories per serving! So… That’s what I got.. A medium side of B&B for a total of about 380 calories. It will have to do. When eating out gets easier… The diet gets easier. I skipped dinner since I already was pretty much at my calorie limit for the day and had an orange and Melba toast instead… BTW: navel oranges are SO juicy right now!! *drool*

VLCD Day 11: My entire day was eating out. Sometimes that’s just where the day leads. Started with coffee from Starbucks in the a.m. (Black 2 sweet n low) Then came Lunch…El Pollo Loco grilled chicken salad (nix the tortilla strips, corn, and cheese) covered in pico de gallo and chili roja salsa. I had a diet soda also (a treat to myself) followed by dinner with the BF at TGI Fridays. Started with a shared shrimp cocktail for appetizer… for the main course I had a petite sirloin with double broccoli hold the butter. I also had 2 rum and diet cokes with dinner :) once on a while this is okay…. Just don’t make a habit of it.
All my clothes that I had to dig out of the closet (because my smaller clothes were beginning not to fit me again) are starting to become loose on me again. My BF even mentoned that my pants look baggy around the behind area and they aren’t hugging my curves like they usually do… (obviously I know what HE was looking at as I was walking away ;) ) Now for the fun part…stats.
4/20/2012: Yesterday’s WI: 183.6 / Today’s WI 182.4 / -1.2 from previous day / -10.6 from round start / -79.8 from heaviest / +21.4 from lowest.
